Eileen Cullen Weber, PT
Eileen has practiced her entire career on Cape Cod. Eileen initially received a degree in Biology from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in 1984. She returned to school to study physical therapy and in 1989 graduated from Daemen College. She joined Michael at Yarmouth Physical Therapy at that time. In 1997 Eileen and Michael opened their Centerville clinic, where Eileen took the lead to manage this location. From 1998 – 2008 they were with a national physical therapy organization. Having wanted to return to their roots Eileen and Michael decided to leave that company to open Physical Therapy In Motion in October 2008. Eileen continues to treat patients and run the Centerville clinic. Aside from many orthopedic seminars, Eileen has also taken many manual therapy and advanced orthopedic courses from MGH Institute of Health Professions and the University of St. Augustine. With a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, her treatment focus is on manual therapy and functional exercise. She is known to create and foster a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment for her patients and staff. She been told countless times that she has “eyes in the back of her head” as patients are continually watched for correct form. Eileen and her Centerville therapists regularly lecture at the Centerville Library. Outside of her professional responsibilities Eileen enjoys fitness, golf, and family time.

She chose to follow and join Eileen at Physical Therapy In Motion in the fall of 2008. Lynn is known for her compassion and sense of humor. The Centerville Library recognizes Lynn as a regular lecturer on various orthopedic issues. Aside from her professional career, she is busy with her family while managing to fit in a good run or work out.

Terry accepted a position with Eileen in Centerville immediately out of school and quickly became an integral part of the clinical team. She joined Eileen at Physical Therapy In Motion in the fall of 2008. Terry’s strength lies in functional exercise and her ability to construct and adapt exercise programs for individual patients. She encourages clients to challenge themselves in order to reach their goals. Like Eileen and Lynn, Terry lectures at the Centerville Library on various orthopedic issues. She is an avid cyclist who enjoys competition and participates in many fund-raising rides. Terry has also found time to regularly volunteer with CapeAble Adventure and Adaptive Sports.

She enjoys the challenge of a wide array of diagnoses through the age spectrum and is excited to further her education in orthopedic and manual therapy courses. Jen is a dog lover through and through, relishing time spent with her Weimaraner and Pointer. She enjoys hiking, do-it-yourself projects, and spending quality time with her family.
Debbie is often the first person a patient will meet as they enter the office; she has been involved with the front office operations of a physical therapy clinic since 2005 when she began working with Eileen and Michael Weber. She has been at Physical Therapy In Motion since its inception in the Fall of 2008. Debbie tends to the scheduling and insurance needs of the patients while also assuming responsibility for billing and collections. Her understanding of the intricacies of insurance companies is beneficial to the company, as well as to patients, thereby assuring smooth business operations. Debbie’s smile and friendly nature when explaining one’s insurance lends to a more thorough understanding. She enjoys her family time and her return visits to her native Nantucket.
