Staff: Centerville

Eileen Cullen Weber, PT
Eileen has practiced her entire career on Cape Cod.  Eileen initially received a degree in Biology from Catholic University of America in 1984.  She returned to school to study physical therapy and in 1989 graduated from Daemen College.  She joined Michael at Yarmouth Physical Therapy at that time.  In 1997 Eileen and Michael opened their Centerville location.  From 1998 – 2008 they were with a national physical therapy organization.  Having wanted to return to their roots Eileen and Michael decided to leave that company to open Physical Therapy In Motion in October 2008.  Eileen treats patients and runs the Centerville clinic.  Aside from many orthopedic seminars, Eileen has also taken many manual therapy and advanced orthopedic courses from MGH Institute of Health Professions and the University of St. Augustine. With a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, her treatment focus is on manual therapy and functional exercise.  She is known to create and foster a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment for her patients and staff.  She been told countless times that she has “eyes in the back of her head” as patients are continually watched for correct form.  Over the years she has occasionally given lectures in the community.  Outside of her professional responsibilities Eileen enjoys recreational sports and family time with their three children and daughter-in-law.

Lynn Graff, PT, DPT
Lynn studied physical therapy at Northeastern University, graduating in 1991.  In 2010 she graduated from Boston University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).  She has also taken various manual therapy and functional exercise seminars.  When Lynn joined Eileen’s team in Centerville in 2004, she was a natural fit to this clinical team, as her entire career has been spent in orthopedic and sports therapy.  She joined Eileen again at Physical Therapy In Motion in the fall of 2008.  Lynn is known for her compassion and sense of humor.  Aside from work and school, she is busy with her family and still manages to fit in a good run or work out.

Terry Downey, PTA
Terry graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Cape Cod Community College in 2001.  Terry accepted a position with Eileen in Centerville immediately out of school and quickly became an integral part of the clinical team.  She joined Eileen at Physical Therapy In Motion in the fall of 2008.  She has been studying at Simmons College working towards her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and recently spent four months in a trauma rotation at Stanford Hospital in California.  Terry looks forward to her August 2012 graduation.  Terry’s strength lies in functional exercise and her ability to construct and adapt exercise programs for individual patients.  She encourages clients to challenge themselves in order to reach their goals.  Terry is an avid cyclist who enjoys competition and participates in many fund-raising rides.

Debra Cartwright

Debra has been involved with the front office operations of a physical therapy clinic since 2005.  She joined Physical Therapy In Motion in the fall of 2008.  Debbie tends to the scheduling and insurance needs of the patients while also assuming responsibility for billing and collections.  Her understanding of the intricacies of the insurance companies is beneficial to patients in addition to assuring smooth business operations.  Debbie’s smile and friendly nature when explaining one’s insurance lends to a more thorough understanding.  Debbie has been working with Eileen and Michael since 2005.  She enjoys her family time and her return visits to her native Nantucket.
